Mattby & Bro.  Signed by him on the back dated Aug 18h, 1868.  Nice vignette of maiden with liberty cap on pole and holding scroll.  Ship and cornucopia and globe at feel.   Eagle on shield.  3 by 8 inches.  Two cent revenue stamp.
