    Description

    Item for sale is a good Beck Kassel (CBS, i.e. Christoph Beck and Sons) microscope objective. It is a 43X/0.65 achromat, and it is in good condition optically: clean with no scratches that are visible to the unaided eye. I tested it on an authentic Beck Kassel microscope, and the resultant image was good. It has a bright metallic finish throughout the barrel and also around the front lens element, while blacking has been applied to the rear. Cosmetically, it is in good condition, but there are some scratches and dings on the metal of the end. For more details about the cosmetic condition, please examine the photographs carefully.
