Mercer Cutlery 17 Slot Double Zip Culinary Knife Bag Auguste Escoffier Satchel

A nice preowned Mercer knife or cutlery bag from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts.   Travel with your cutlery in style with this great satchel case.
This double zip bag has a total of 17 slots.  12" is the longest blade it will hold and 4" the widest.   Made of a durable black nylon with sturdy zippers and double straps.  Detachable padded shoulder strap included. Also has a nice sturdy attached handle for hand carry.  One zippered side of the bag has 5 slots and 4 slots on the facing side.  The other zippered side has a mesh pouch and zipper pouch on one side and 8 slots on the facing side.  The outside of the bag has two zippered pouches along with business size card id pouch.
Overall approximate measurements are approximately 20" long by 9 1/2" wide and about 3 1/2" thick fully extended.
This case was used only as a display.  However, there is one small slit above one of the knife slots as shown in photo.  Was told this happened when customer tried sliding razor sharp knife into slot.   We had to look hard to find it and have shown it with the tip of a letter opener in the photo.
