It doesn't appear to be homemade, as the wood on the mount and the wood on the block appear to be the same oak wood and finish. Photos are detailed and should help to further represent condition.     Description

    This is a rare wall mount fold-down Chicago Cutlery oak wood knife block.  It seems rare at a minimum, I have not found another.  It doesn't appear to be homemade, as the wood on the mount and the wood on the block appear to be the same oak wood and finish.

    The block is held to the wall mount by several steel magnets and is structurally sound.
    8 knife slots + 1 slot for a sharpening steel.
